Cruising the Caribbean

Not always, but most of the time, people who say they don’t like cruising have either not been on a cruise or have not been on the right cruise! I personally love cruising. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy a nice resort as well, but there’s something to be said about traveling to multiple destinations where you can explore for the day and then return to your cabin without having to pack and unpack a suitcase each time. It's also nice to lounge around and relax, watch shows and eat anytime if that is what you feel like doing. There are always options for everyone. I have been on multiple cruises in the Caribbean and I’m always trying to find the island I can pretend to retire too. The problem is, each island has it own charm and characteristics and it makes it hard to choose. Living in the south makes it easy to catch a ship. I’ve sailed out of my hometown Charleston, SC, Port Canaveral in Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Puerto Rico. Each ship and each itinerary brings new adventures. Ships vary from family oriented cruises to luxury cruises with so many options between. My list of favorite destinations, whether a port of call or excursion, include St. Martin, St. Thomas, St. John, St. Lucia, Belize, and Yost Van Dyke. I've visiting Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao this summer.  I'm not giving up and will continue my search of the perfect island, even if it takes visiting islands more than once. If sailing sounds appealing to you, please contact me and together we will start your list of favorite destinations! As of March 2019, I have earned a Master of Adventure for Royal Caribbean!
